This Privacy Notice explains how RipplesInfo (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you visit ripplesinfo.com, send us an enquiry, contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, or enrol in our SAP training. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. Under this law, RipplesInfo is the Data Fiduciary and you are the Data Principal.

2. Personal Data We Collect and Why
We only collect the personal data we need for the purposes listed below.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for targeted advertising, and we do not track you across other websites.
3. Your Consent and How to Withdraw It
Where we rely on your consent, you give it by ticking an unticked checkbox before you submit a form. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it. Simply:
- email admin@ripplesinfo.com with the subject “Withdraw my consent”, or
- send “STOP” or “Withdraw consent” on WhatsApp to +91 99496 07070.
Once you withdraw consent, we will stop contacting you and will erase your personal data within a reasonable time, unless a law requires us to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before you withdrew. If you are enrolled, withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide some services, such as lab access or placement support.
4. Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Access information: a summary of the personal data we hold about you, what we do with it, and who we have shared it with.
- Correction, completion and updating of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Erasure of personal data that is no longer needed, unless we must keep it by law.
- Grievance redressal: raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer.
- Nomination: nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so.
To use any of these rights, email admin@ripplesinfo.com with the subject “Data request”. Include your name and the phone number or email you used with us, so we can find your records. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We will respond as quickly as possible and in any case within 90 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India after first using our grievance process.
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We share personal data only as needed for the purposes above, with:
- Service providers (Data Processors) who work on our behalf under contract: our website hosting provider, our email service provider, and WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to message us there.
- Trainers engaged by RipplesInfo, only for students enrolled in their batch.
- Prospective employers or recruitment partners, only if you are enrolled and ask us for placement support.
- Government authorities, where the law requires it.
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from the Cloudflare cdnjs service. When a page loads, your browser sends your IP address to these providers so they can deliver the files. Some of our service providers may store data outside India. We only use them where such transfer is permitted under Indian law.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Enquiries from people who do not enrol: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then erased.
- Enrolled students: for the duration of the course and placement support. Invoice and payment records are then kept only as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Website security and server logs: at least one year, as required by the DPDP Rules for detecting and investigating misuse, then deleted.
You can ask us to erase your data earlier at any time (see Section 4).
7. Cookies
Our website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work securely, such as security cookies set by our firewall. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
8. How We Protect Your Data
We use reasonable security safeguards. These include HTTPS encryption for all website traffic, a web application firewall, restricted and password-protected access to systems holding personal data, and monitoring and logging to detect unauthorised access.
If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you without delay. We will explain what happened, the likely impact and the steps we are taking, and we will report the breach to the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
9. Children
Our courses and this website are intended for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without verifiable consent from their parent or lawful guardian. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact our Grievance Officer and we will delete it.
10. Your Duties
Under the DPDP Act you must give us accurate information, must not impersonate anyone else, and must not file false or frivolous complaints.
11. Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a material change to how we use personal data we already hold, we will tell you and, where required, ask for your consent again.
